THE GOLDIE INTERVIEW, JANUARY 2022
GOLDIE ENTERTAINMENT® is a San Diego Skate Brand that was founded by Issac Felcher in 2018. Issac started Goldie in High School towards the end of 2018 but hadn’t officially released any clothing until January of 2020. The name GOLDIE came from a nickname that Issac used to call one of his good friends.
“We called him Goldie because he was fried like a goldfish ya know?”
When it came time to title his brand, Goldie was the clear choice.
“Goldie stands for my pursuit of becoming top dog. This brand has put me in a position that I never thought I’d be in. It’s an outlet for everyone involved. Me, my photographer, and my team. We all have talents that I wanted to showcase under the brand”
The Goldie teams consist of some of San Diego’s finest skateboarders: Kyle K, Julian Godlines, JT Silverstein, and Nick Conwell. The best styles in the city.
“I want to take Goldie to the top. I want to transition the brand into something more serious, letting everybody know that we’re not a San Diego brand. I want it to be a household name that’s known worldwide so it can reach its full potential and be undoubtedly one of the best.”
